EU Right of Withdrawal
If you're ordering from the European Union, you have the right to change your mind.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to notify us that you'd like to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
How to initiate a return: Log into your account, go to your Orders, and select the item you'd like to return. Follow the prompts — it takes about two minutes.
Condition of returned items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the value of the goods has been reduced because of how you've handled them, we may deduct that from your refund. Fair's fair.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. You'll be refunded to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised items made to your specification
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons
UK Cancellation Rights
If you're ordering from the United Kingdom, you're covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Same deal, different legislation.
